Parties & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between RELENTIX Web Design & Digital Studio, a web design and digital services business operating from Pune, Maharashtra, India (hereinafter referred to as "RELENTIX", "we", "us", or "our"), and any individual, business, or organisation (hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "you") that engages RELENTIX for any web design, development, or digital services.
This agreement comes into effect at the point the Client approves a quotation issued by RELENTIX and makes an advance payment. No prior written signature is required — verbal approval via WhatsApp or email combined with advance payment constitutes acceptance of all terms set out in this document.
By engaging RELENTIX, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Project Scope
The scope of every RELENTIX project is defined exclusively by the itemised quotation issued to the Client before work begins. The quotation specifies the number of pages, features, add-ons, and any special requirements agreed upon between both parties.
2.1
Any work, feature, or page that is not listed in the approved quotation is considered outside the agreed scope and will not be executed without a separate written quotation and payment.
2.2
Scope changes requested by the Client after work has commenced will be assessed and quoted separately. RELENTIX reserves the right to adjust the delivery timeline accordingly when scope changes are approved.
2.3
A quotation issued by RELENTIX is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and timelines are subject to change and a new quotation will be required to proceed.

Payment Terms
RELENTIX operates on a two-stage payment structure for all standard projects. For larger web application projects, a three-stage structure is available as described below.

For web application projects valued at ₹1,00,000 or above, a three-stage payment plan is available upon request: 40% advance, 30% at design approval, and 30% on final delivery.
3.1
RELENTIX will not begin any work until the advance payment is confirmed received in our account. Verbal confirmation or a payment screenshot is not sufficient — funds must be cleared.
3.2
The live website link, source files, and all access credentials will not be handed over until the full balance is received. No exceptions apply.
3.3
An official invoice is issued by RELENTIX after each payment is received. The invoice serves as the payment confirmation record for the Client.
3.4
Accepted payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS), and direct UPI transfer.
Urgency Pricing: Clients requesting delivery within 2–3 working days instead of the standard timeline will be charged a +20% urgency fee applied on top of the agreed project total. This fee is confirmed in writing before work commences and added to the advance invoice.

Delivery & Timeline
RELENTIX operates on the following standard delivery timelines, measured in working days from the date the advance payment is confirmed received.

4.1
The delivery timeline begins only after the advance payment is received and the Client has provided all required content — text, images, logo, and any other materials specified in the brief.
4.2
Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required content, provide timely feedback, or approve revision rounds will extend the delivery date proportionally. RELENTIX is not liable for delivery delays arising from Client-side delays.
4.3
Before handover, RELENTIX tests the completed website across Chrome, Safari, and mobile browsers (Android) to ensure all sections, buttons, forms, and links function correctly.

Revision Policy
Every RELENTIX project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the quotation. Understanding what constitutes a revision round is essential before work begins.
Definition of a Revision Round: One revision round means one single, consolidated set of changes submitted by the Client together in one message or document. Multiple individual change requests submitted over several days do not constitute a single revision round — each separate submission is counted as a separate round.
5.1
The Starter Landing Page package includes 1 revision round. Business Website packages include 1 revision round as standard. Additional revision rounds are available at ₹2,500 per round, payable before the revision is processed.
5.2
A revision round covers changes to existing content — text, images, colours, layout adjustments. Adding entirely new pages, sections, or features that were not in the original scope is not a revision — it is a scope change and will be quoted separately.
5.3
RELENTIX will notify the Client when their included revision round has been used. No additional revision work will be undertaken until the ₹2,500 per-round fee is received.

Ownership & Intellectual Property
6.1
Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of all design files, source code, and delivered assets transfers entirely to the Client. The Client may use, modify, or redistribute the work without restriction.
6.2
Until full payment is received, all design files, source code, and assets remain the intellectual property of RELENTIX. The Client has no right to use, publish, or distribute the work in any form prior to full payment clearance.
6.3
The Client warrants that all content they provide to RELENTIX — including text, images, logos, and media — is either owned by them or is properly licensed for use. RELENTIX accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from Client-supplied content.
6.4
Where RELENTIX sources images from royalty-free platforms (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay) on behalf of the Client, these images are licensed for commercial use but remain under their respective platform licences. RELENTIX does not transfer ownership of third-party images.

Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel a project in writing via WhatsApp or email. Refund entitlements depend on the stage at which the cancellation occurs.

7.1
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received by RELENTIX.
7.2
Where a refund is due, RELENTIX will process it within 5 working days of the cancellation confirmation via the same payment method used by the Client.
7.3
If RELENTIX cancels a project for reasons within RELENTIX's control, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 5 working days.

Domain & Hosting
Domain registration and website hosting are third-party services paid for separately from the RELENTIX project fee. The following applies to all projects.
8.1
Domain Name: Domain renewal is the Client's sole responsibility. Approximate renewal costs: .com domain ₹800–₹1,200 per year; .in domain ₹600–₹900 per year, payable directly to the domain registrar (GoDaddy, Hostinger, or similar).
8.2
Hosting: Simple websites without a backend are deployed free of charge on Vercel. Websites requiring server-side functionality — such as payment gateways, order management systems, or user authentication — require a paid hosting plan (approximately ₹2,500–₹3,500 per year on Hostinger or similar). This cost is the Client's responsibility from the point of deployment.
8.3
RELENTIX is not liable for website downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party hosting or domain providers.

Post-Delivery Support
9.1
Every RELENTIX project includes 14 calendar days of post-delivery support at no additional charge. This support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments to the delivered website. The 14-day window begins on the date the live website link is handed over to the Client.
9.2
Post-delivery support does not include new pages, new features, content additions, or design changes beyond minor adjustments. These are treated as new scope items and quoted separately.
9.3
After the 14-day support window closes, any ongoing support or updates are covered under a monthly maintenance plan or individually quoted per request.

Maintenance Plans
RELENTIX offers optional monthly maintenance plans for Clients who require regular updates to their website after the post-delivery support period ends.

Content Update Definition: A content update means changing existing text, images, phone numbers, or prices on the live website. Adding new pages or sections is not a content update and is quoted separately as an add-on.

Client Content
11.1
The Client is responsible for providing all text content, images, logos, and media required for the website unless a copywriting add-on has been purchased. RELENTIX will not begin the build phase until all required content is received.
11.2
Basic Copywriting is available as an optional add-on at ₹7,000, covering written content for up to 3 pages. For technical, medical, or legal content — such as clinic service descriptions or legal firm profiles — the Client must provide this content directly. RELENTIX does not write specialised technical or professional content.
11.3
The Client warrants that all content they supply does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights, and is not defamatory, illegal, or misleading. RELENTIX accepts no liability for content supplied by the Client.
12
Limitation of Liability
12.1
RELENTIX's total liability to the Client under any circumstances is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
12.2
RELENTIX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or loss of business opportunity arising from the website or any delay in its delivery.
12.3
RELENTIX is not liable for website performance issues, downtime, or security vulnerabilities arising after the 14-day post-delivery support period has ended, or caused by third-party hosting, domain, or plugin providers.
12.4
Websites are delivered in the condition tested and approved at the time of handover. Any issues arising from Client modifications after handover are not RELENTIX's responsibility.

Portfolio Rights
RELENTIX retains the right to display any completed project in its portfolio — including on the RELENTIX website, social media profiles, and client presentations — unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the project commences.
If you wish RELENTIX not to display your project in its portfolio, please state this in writing via WhatsApp or email before the advance payment is made. This request must be received before work begins to be honoured.

Changes to These Terms
RELENTIX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Clients who have active projects at the time of an update will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time their project quotation was approved.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically if you engage RELENTIX for multiple projects over time.
