RELENTIX Web Design & Digital Studio is a web design and digital services business operating from Pune, Maharashtra, India. We provide website design, web development, and related digital services to businesses and individuals across India.

In the context of this Privacy Policy, "RELENTIX", "we", "us", or "our" refers to RELENTIX Web Design & Digital Studio. "You" or "the visitor" refers to any individual who visits the RELENTIX website, submits an enquiry, or engages our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to the RELENTIX website and all digital touchpoints operated by RELENTIX, including our enquiry form and WhatsApp business contact channel. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our pages.

Data We Collect

RELENTIX collects only the minimum personal data necessary to respond to enquiries and deliver our services. We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not ask for information we do not need.

What we do not collect: We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account details, government ID numbers, health information, biometric data, or any sensitive personal data as defined under India's DPDPA 2023. Payment processing is handled entirely by third-party providers (UPI platforms) and RELENTIX never sees or stores your payment credentials.

How We Collect It

RELENTIX collects personal data through the following channels only.

Enquiry Form The contact form on the RELENTIX website collects your name, business name, WhatsApp number, business type, package interest, and project description when you voluntarily submit it. Submission is entirely optional.
WhatsApp When you contact RELENTIX directly via WhatsApp, your phone number and the contents of your messages are received and stored on your device and ours through the WhatsApp platform. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data on their end.
Email When you contact RELENTIX via email, your email address and message contents are received and stored in our email inbox. We use your email address only to respond to your enquiry.
Google Analytics The RELENTIX website uses Google Analytics to track anonymous visitor behaviour — pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic location at the city level. This data does not identify you personally and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Direct from Clients During the course of a project, clients provide business information, brand assets, and content for their website. This information is used solely to complete the agreed project and is not used for any other purpose.

Why We Use It

RELENTIX uses personal data only for the purposes described at the time of collection. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes, and we do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.

4.1 To respond to enquiries: Name, contact number, and project details are used to respond to your project request and issue a quotation. This is the primary purpose of data collection on the RELENTIX website.
4.2 To deliver services: Client information collected during a project is used to design, build, and deliver the agreed website. Communication records are maintained as a reference for scope and decisions throughout the project.
4.3 To issue invoices: Client name, business name, and payment details are used to generate official invoices as required for professional record-keeping under Indian financial regulations.
4.4 To improve the website: Anonymous usage data collected via Google Analytics is used to understand how visitors navigate the RELENTIX website and to improve its structure and content over time.
4.5 We do not use your data for: Advertising or marketing to third parties, selling or renting your information, automated profiling, or any purpose not listed in this policy.

Sharing Your Data

RELENTIX does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party under any circumstance. Your information is treated as confidential and used only to serve you.

5.1 Service Providers: RELENTIX uses a small number of third-party tools to operate — specifically Google Analytics for website analytics. These providers receive only the data necessary for their specific function and are governed by their own privacy policies.
5.2 Legal Obligation: RELENTIX may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority under Indian law. In such cases, we will disclose only the minimum data required.
5.3 No Marketing or Advertising Sharing: Your personal data is never shared with advertisers, marketing agencies, data brokers, or any commercial third party for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Privacy Policies: The following third-party services are used by RELENTIX and have their own privacy policies that apply independently — Google Analytics (policies.google.com/privacy) and WhatsApp (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). RELENTIX is not responsible for the data practices of these platforms.

Storage & Security

6.1 Personal data collected through the RELENTIX enquiry form is stored on secure servers. Client project files and communication records are stored locally and on Google Drive, which is protected by Google's enterprise-level security infrastructure.
6.2 RELENTIX takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include password-protected accounts, two-factor authentication on critical accounts, and limiting access to personal data to only those involved in the project.
6.3 No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, RELENTIX cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
6.4 In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights or freedoms, RELENTIX will notify affected individuals as required under applicable Indian law.

Retention Period

RELENTIX retains personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by Indian financial and legal regulations.

Once the applicable retention period ends, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. You may also request earlier deletion of your data as described in Section 10 below.

Cookies & Analytics

The RELENTIX website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies only for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or remarketing tags.

Analytics Google Analytics is installed on the RELENTIX website. It uses cookies to collect anonymous data about how visitors interact with the site — pages viewed, session length, browser type, device type, and approximate location (city level). This data does not personally identify you and is aggregated across all visitors.
Essential The RELENTIX website may use session cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function — for example, maintaining your scroll position or form state. These cookies do not collect personal data and expire when you close your browser.
Opt-Out You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Client Websites

RELENTIX builds websites for client businesses. The privacy practices of those client websites are entirely the responsibility of the respective client business — not RELENTIX. Once a website is handed over to the client, the client becomes the data controller for any personal data collected by their website.

9.1 RELENTIX recommends that every client website we build includes a Privacy Policy and a copyright footer as standard. We include a basic copyright footer on every website by default. A full privacy policy for the client's own business is the client's responsibility to commission and publish.
9.2 Where RELENTIX sets up Google Analytics or contact forms on a client's website as part of the agreed project, the client is responsible for ensuring their own privacy policy discloses this to their visitors in compliance with applicable law.
9.3 RELENTIX is not liable for any privacy breaches, data handling failures, or regulatory penalties arising from how a client manages personal data collected through their delivered website after handover.

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by RELENTIX. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at relentix01@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 working days.

Right of Access

You may request a copy of the personal data RELENTIX holds about you at any time. We will provide this within 7 working days of your request.

Right to Correction

If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. We will update it promptly upon verification.

Right to Erasure

You may request that we delete your personal data. We will comply unless we are legally required to retain it — for example, invoice records required under the Income Tax Act.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where data processing is based on your consent — such as receiving follow-up communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Right to Grievance Redressal

Under DPDPA 2023, you have the right to file a grievance with RELENTIX regarding how your data is handled. We are committed to resolving grievances within 7 working days.

Right to Nominate

Under DPDPA 2023, you may nominate another individual to exercise your data rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

Minors & Children

The RELENTIX website and services are intended for use by businesses and adult individuals only. RELENTIX does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

If you believe that a minor has submitted personal data through the RELENTIX website without appropriate parental consent, please contact us immediately at relentix01@gmail.com and we will delete the relevant data promptly upon verification.

Policy Changes

RELENTIX may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we offer, or applicable legal requirements. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date at the top.
